Elon Musk reignites speculations about DOGE and X
Elon Musk startled Crypto Twitter by like his own post on Dogecoin from 2021, as previously reported by U.Today. Musk posted that tweet while he was thinking about starting Texas Institute of Technology & Science, his own university.
“Tuition is in Dogecoin & you get a discount if you have a dog,” the tweet read. Strangely, Musk tweeted about this once more on Sunday, this time posing the question to his massive following: should he really start this university?
Billy Markus, one of the co-founders of Dogecoin, endorsed Musk’s concept in this tweet and that of numerous other accounts with a crypto-themed theme.
Musk recently completed all legal arrangements with authorities to introduce a peer-to-peer payment system on X within a year, with the goal of enhancing the platform’s usability and bringing in new business prospects. Musk is still wanted by the DOGE army to include Dogecoin in X payments.
