Charles Hoskinson, the creator of Cardano, tweeted something that left many in the Cardano community perplexed as to what he meant.
The tweet from Hoskinson on January 27 said, “We did it 46c95d04c238df47dbbbad3ea70823f581594ea0c4e3bfabb4626e557dfc7a45.”

Curious Cardano community members have left comments on Hoskinson’s tweet, inquiring as to which milestone has been reached.
Though it’s unclear exactly what Hoskinson was celebrating, several people surmised that he was commemorating a milestone. Some conjectured that Hoskinson was suggesting a Qsig transaction or implying that the quantum workshop with scientists from ETH and ADA was proceeding well.
Other people complimented the Cardano community and creator. Some others think Hoskinson’s tweet could signify anything more, though.
The Cardano developer Input Output Global (IOG) has disclosed further developments in its study over the past several days.
The IOG research team just had a paper on Universal Anonymous Signatures (UAS) accepted for FC’24.
FC’24, the 2024 Financial Cryptography Conference, has cleared the work “Foundations of Anonymous Signatures: Formal Definitions, Simplified Requirements, and a Construction Based on General Assumptions” for presentation.
Beginning on January 26, Qsig was a ground-breaking research gathering that brought together experts from academia and business to investigate a fascinating and rapidly-evolving area of computer science.
The research session was motivated by recent findings of novel cryptographic primitives enabled especially by quantum technology, and was attended by Justin Drake of the Ethereum Foundation and IOG Chief Scientist Professor Aggelos Kiayias.
Hoskinson left his post’s context unclear at the time of writing, giving room for interpretation. But curiosity persists, regardless of whether he was having a good time, marking a significant occasion, or sending a message.
