To let the cryptocurrency world know how many SHIB meme tokens have been burnt in the previous week and in the last 24 hours, the Shibburn tracking platform published an X post.
More than 100 million SHIB removed
Although the Shiba Inu community has managed to get rid of 130,903,382 SHIB in the last seven days, this has not been sufficient to maintain the weekly burn rate since early this autumn, when billions of SHIB were taken out of the supply on a weekly basis. As of right now, the weekly burn rate is negative 43.33%.
The SHIB chunk that has been moved to “inferno” blockchain wallets since this morning amounts to 5,947,922 SHIB, which is less than the daily burn rate by 34.98%. In four transactions totaling 4,676,501 and 1,234,567 Shiba Inu meme coins, this amount of SHIB was destroyed.
