Shiba Inu recently tweeted about how much their layer-2 solution, Shibarium, had grown. A graphic showing the increase in Shibarium transactions—which has already reached 300 million—was published by the official SHIB X Twitter.
Shibarium is reaching new heights thanks to SHIBARMY. Shiba Inu wrote, “This rollercoaster genuinely only has one direction: UP,” as the chart’s caption.

The main objective of Shibarium’s Ethereum development was to lower transaction costs for users of the Shiba ecosystem. Even though Ethereum has one of the safest blockchains currently in use, there are still certain problems with it, including expensive petrol costs.
Shibarium also features SHIB burning mechanism
Following months of development and testing by the Shiba Inu team and community, Shibarium was formally introduced on the mainnet in August 2023. Since then, the total number of transactions on the platform has increased dramatically.
Barely five months after its inception, Shibarium has now exceeded 300 million transactions in total.
The Shibariumscan explorer indicates that there have been 304,302,131 transactions in total to date. There are now 1,343,792 wallet addresses and 2,789,983 total blocks.
We have high hopes for Shibarium since it is a platform for creativity and teamwork in addition to providing Shiba Inu with scalability. Decentralised apps (dApps) like Shib: The Metaverse, Shiba Eternity, and other products, projects, platforms, and services for the larger Shiba Inu community are developed on top of Shibarium.
Lucie, a member of the SHIB team, expresses expectations in keeping with this. “Shibarium is a young child. Not only one, but a tonne of exciting new projects that will surprise people eventually are cooking in the background,” Lucie tweeted.
Shiba Inu burns, meantime, keep becoming worse. The amazing news that the Shibdream NFT collection had burnt 100 million SHIB lately was conveyed by Lucie. According to Shibburn, five transactions totaling 146,261,497 SHIB tokens were burnt in the last day.
