Elon Musk Being “Super Clear” on Launching Crypto: “Never”

Elon Musk, the tech entrepreneur and CEO of Tesla and X, has seemingly reaffirmed once more that none of his firms plan to introduce cryptocurrency tokens in the near future.

Elon Musk makes his position “super clear”

He is the CEO of SpaceX, Neuralink, and The Boring Company in addition to Tesla and X. He also established the xAI firm this year to do artificial intelligence research. Today, on November 4, Musk’s new creation will unveil its first AI model.

Musk declared that he is being quite transparent about his intention to never develop and introduce any cryptocurrency.

In response to a tweet from DogeDesigner (UX/UI & Graphic Designer @ Dogecoin), he issued this statement to clarify that Elon Musk and xAI are not connected to the meme coin Xai Corp (XAI).

Since Musk’s xAI is debuting today after months of planning, this cryptocurrency has increased by an astounding 150% as of this writing.

First denial of X coin rumors by Musk

Early in August, Musk made the first mention of his social media network X (previously known as Twitter) never launching a native cryptocurrency token. Musk had to refute false reports at the time that claimed X would be producing a “X coin.” On August 5, he tweeted, “We never will” introduce an X currency.

The computer magnate had to deny such rumours once again after that, on a few occasions. He has now categorically said that he would never introduce any cryptocurrency through his businesses and has made it “extremely clear” in an effort to put an end to any lingering rumours.

However, Musk’s proposal to incorporate Dogecoin payments on the X platform after his acquisition may offer the cryptocurrency community optimism after all. Prior to his initial acquisition of 9.2% of Twitter shares in the summer of last year, Musk expressed in tweets and on podcasts that he thought it would be a fantastic idea if DOGE could be integrated into Twitter for payments. Musk is an avid follower of the original meme coin and is pals on Twitter with Billy Markus, also known as “Shibetoshi Nakamoto,” who co-founded it.

Musk criticized OpenAI for making “woke” ChatGPT

The CEO of Tesla started criticising OpenAI, the company that created the ChatGPT programme, as soon as 2023 got underway. Musk contributed to its founding a few years ago by giving funding for its debut, but he later resigned from the board because he had a different vision for the company’s future growth than the other board members. Specifically, Musk provided assistance for OpenAI when it was still a non-profit. Subsequently, though, the board resolved to make it profitable.

Later on, it partnered with the massive Microsoft corporation. Musk said in a tweet in April of this year that Microsoft fully controls OpenAI. Musk thinks ChatGPT is “woke,” as he said in the winter of 2023, since it is an AI system that isn’t meant to offend people on delicate subjects like sex, politics, or religion.

At the time, he declared that he was getting ready to start his own artificial intelligence business in order to strike a balance between “woke” AI and user-honest AI programmes.
