On Friday, October 20, there were two transfers that were comparable. The transaction that took place today occurred at the same time as SHIB’s price increased by 3.89%, from $0.00000708 to $0.00000716.
Additionally, according to Whale Alert, 3.5 trillion SHIB transactions were seen on October 16 and 17 this week. The community questioned the purpose of these astonishing crypto transactions in the comments section.
SHIB whale activity rises drastically
As previously reported by U.Today, on-chain data source IntoTheBlock has revealed that the activity of Shiba Inu whales has increased by a startling 987%. This is due to an increase in the number of SHIB transactions; on Friday alone, high-level SHIB wallets exchanged Shiba Inu valued at almost $70 million.
This is consistent with the statistics from Whale Alert cited above, which shows that on Friday, nearly 9 trillion SHIB, or about $61 million, was shovelled by unidentified blockchain addresses.
